Our clerks within the front line and team within the office, are not only extensively experienced and trained at a high level but also (and most importantly) love and enjoy the work that they do. We operate 7 days a week 365 days a year, from 8am to 8pm to ensure the best availability for our clients.
We understand that things can change at any time, therefore last minute and out of hour bookings are available all week. Just contact us and we will take care of it.

We focus on details
GREATER LONDON COVERAGE
We cover all boroughs of London and within M25. However, we need a week notice for beyond M25 in order to plan clerk's schedule.
FREE KEY COLLECTION
Early or late bookings? No problem, our clerks are happy to collect keys days before the inspection.
48HR REPORT RETURN
This allows us to have enough time to go through quality control on the report before we send it back to you. Satisfaction guaranteed!
